What happens after I submit?
We read every message ourselves. During business hours we will reach out to ask a few questions and set up a time to come look. If you said texting is okay, we may text to confirm the appointment. That is the whole process: no sales call, no hand-off to someone you have not talked to.
Do you charge for inspections?
No. The inspection is free, you get the photos, and you get an honest read on whether anything needs doing. If the answer is "leave it alone for now," that is what we will tell you. There is no obligation afterward.
How fast do you respond?
We reply during business hours, Mon-Sat, 9am-5pm, and you will usually hear back the same or the next business day. We are often on a roof during the day, so if you call and get voicemail, leave a message; we return them. We do not answer around the clock, and we would rather say that plainly than promise it.
