What we install
The short list, in plain terms.
Categories, not a catalog. Which product fits your house, your budget, and the look you want is a conversation we have at your kitchen table.
Architectural asphalt shingles
Our primary roof. Proven in Minnesota weather, with a wide range of colors.
Class 4 impact-resistant shingles
Built to take hail. Ask your insurance agent about a discount.
Standing-seam metal
Clean lines and a very long service life.
Stone-coated steel
Metal strength with the look of shingle or shake.
Ventilated roof systems
Ridge and intake vents sized to work together so the roof can breathe.
What you get
What we bring to the job, and why it matters.
Three things you can count on every time - including the parts you will not see once the work is done.
A full system, not just shingles
A full roof system means the underlayments (ice-and-water barrier and synthetic), the shingles, ridge cap, vents, plumbing stack flashing, gutter apron and drip edge, and other flashing when applicable. Most of that you will never see once the roof is on, and it is what stops the leaks.
Impact-resistant options
Class 4 impact-resistant shingles hold up to hail and may qualify you for a homeowners insurance discount. We will walk you through whether they make sense for your home.
TAMKO Pro Platinum certified
Xteriors360 is a TAMKO Pro Platinum Certified Roofing Contractor, which means access to enhanced manufacturer warranties on qualifying systems.

Good to know
Straight answers.
If you do not see yours here, call - you will get a person, not a call center.
How long does a roof replacement take?
Most residential roofs in the south metro are completed in one to two days once materials are on site. Larger or steeper roofs can take longer, and we will tell you up front.
Do I need to be home during the installation?
No. We will do a walkthrough before we start and another when we finish. During the job we only need access to the outside of the house and power for tools.
Can a roof be replaced in winter?
It can, with the right conditions and materials. Shingles seal best above roughly 40°F, so we may recommend timing or hand-sealing depending on the forecast.
What happens if you find rotten decking?
We replace it. Your estimate will spell out a per-sheet price for decking ahead of time so there are no surprises on installation day.
