Roof Repair
Roof repair that fixes the cause, not just the drip.
Not every roof needs replacing. If your roof has years left in it, we will tell you so and repair what is wrong - flashing, pipe boots, wind-lifted shingles, ice dam damage - with materials that match what is already there.

What we repair
The short list, in plain terms.
Categories, not a catalog. Which product fits your house, your budget, and the look you want is a conversation we have at your kitchen table.
Leaks and flashing
Chimneys, walls, valleys, and skylights, where most leaks actually start.
Pipe boots and vents
Cracked boots and rusted vents, replaced and sealed.
Wind-lifted or missing shingles
Matched to what is already on the roof.
Ice dam damage
Repaired, and the attic cause explained.
Storm damage
Documented with photos so you have a record.
What you get
What we bring to the job, and why it matters.
Three things you can count on every time - including the parts you will not see once the work is done.
Honest assessment first
We look for the actual source of the leak - often flashing, not shingles - and tell you plainly whether repair or replacement is the better use of your money.
Matched materials
Repairs are only as good as the match. We source shingles and accessories to blend with your existing roof wherever possible.
Documented for you
Before-and-after photos of every repair so you know exactly what was done, and so you have a record if insurance ever asks.
How it works
Four steps. No surprises.
Here is what happens from the first call to the last walkthrough.
- 01
Describe the problem
Tell us what you are seeing - a stain, a drip, shingles in the yard - and when it started.
- 02
Inspection
We trace the water path from inside and out and photograph the cause.
- 03
Repair
Most repairs are completed in a single visit.
- 04
Photos and follow-up
You get the before-and-after photos and a clear note on anything to watch.
Good to know
Straight answers.
If you do not see yours here, call - you will get a person, not a call center.
How do I know if I need a repair or a new roof?
Age, the extent of the damage, and how many layers are on the roof all matter. As a rule of thumb, isolated damage on a roof under fifteen years old is a repair. We will give you a straight answer after we look.
What if I have an active leak right now?
Call during business hours and tell us it is active. We will get to it as soon as we can - usually a tarp or temporary seal first, then the proper repair once it is dry.
Is a repair worth it on an older roof?
Sometimes. If a roof is near the end of its life, we would rather tell you that than sell you a repair that will not last.
Other services
Not sure what your roof needs? Start with a free inspection.
We will look, take photos, and tell you plainly what we see - repair, replace, or leave it alone. No pressure either way.
