Our home turf is the south metro - that is where we are closest and quickest. But a good roof is a good roof in Woodbury or Wayzata too, so we work throughout the Twin Cities. Wherever you are on this map, you get the same free inspection, the same written estimate, and a Project Lead who starts the job and inspects it when it is done.
Where we work most
Four towns we know by their roofs.
Hail and wind come through the south metro most years, and each of these towns has its own mix of housing - new builds, older neighborhoods, river-town originals. We work in all of them, and we are close to all of them.
Lakeville, MN
Xteriors360 is based here, and this is where you will find us most days. Lakeville has grown fast - there is a lot of newer construction on the edges and older neighborhoods closer to the middle, and the two need different things from a roof. Either way, if you are in Lakeville we are a few minutes away, so stopping by when something comes up is easy.
Farmington, MN
Just east of Lakeville along the Vermillion River. Farmington has an older downtown core with newer subdivisions around it, and a lot of open land to the south, so wind gets a clear run at roofs, siding, and gutters. It is a short drive for us, and we treat it like home turf.
Eagan, MN
One of the biggest suburbs in the south metro, and a lot of it was built in the 1980s and 1990s, which means thousands of roofs are at or past the age where hail finds the weak spots. Eagan sits right in the path of the storms that come up the river valley. It is an easy run up Cedar Avenue or 35E from Lakeville, and we are there often.
Burnsville, MN
The closest of the four to the city, and the most established. Much of Burnsville was built out decades ago, which means plenty of roofs on their second or third go-round, mature trees over the gutters, and original windows and siding that are due. All of it is work we know well.
