Privacy policy

Xteriors360 is a small, locally owned contractor in Lakeville, Minnesota. We collect very little, and we only use it to help with your house. Here is the whole picture.

What we collect

Contact form details you give us. When you fill out the form on our contact page, we receive what you type: your name, phone number, email, address or town, what you need help with, your message, and whether you said it's okay to text you.

Calls and emails. If you call or email us, we keep the normal records of that - your number or email and what we talked about - so we can follow up on your project.

Basic website analytics. We use Google Analytics to see things like how many people visit, which pages they read, and roughly where visitors are located. It doesn't tell us who you are.

How we use it

• To respond to your request, answer your questions, and schedule an inspection or the work you asked about.
• To keep track of your project - estimates, photos, and insurance paperwork if you're going that route.
• To understand which pages on this site are useful, so we can make it better.

That's it. We don't use your information for anything unrelated to the work.

We don't sell it

We don't sell, rent, or trade your information. We share it only when the job requires it - with our install crew or a material supplier, for example - or if the law requires it.

Texting

We only text you if you told us it was okay - the checkbox on the contact form, or you asked us directly. Texts are about your own inquiry or project: confirming an appointment, a question about your roof, that kind of thing. Your carrier's message and data rates may apply. To stop, reply STOP to any text or just tell us, and we'll stop.

Cookies and analytics

Google Analytics places cookies in your browser to measure traffic. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings and the site will still work. How Google handles that data is covered by Google's privacy policy. We don't run advertising trackers or retargeting pixels.

Links to other sites

This site links to Instagram and a few outside resources, like the Minnesota contractor license lookup. Those sites have their own privacy practices.

Seeing, correcting, or deleting your information

Email info@xteriors360.com and ask. We'll tell you what we have, fix anything that's wrong, or delete it. The one exception is a record we need to keep for a completed job, a warranty, or a legal reason - and we'll say so if that's the case.

Children

This site is meant for homeowners and isn't directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect information from them.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
